Fighter Jet Practice & Barrel Roll

Living on the eastern edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, once of the most unusual visitors we receive are fighter jet practice as the pilots do their training runs. With yesterday’s beautiful, fall-like weather, I was able to capture a few pictures of a Navy pilot training – including part of a barrel roll. Here are the pictures in order.

NOTE – The best way to view these images is to click on one of them and enter the gallery mode. Then you can scan through the photos as you wish.

    • Thanks! I have owned this domain for a long time and finally decided to do something with it. This will prove that I actually do have a life outside of The Herd. Just don’t tell them.

  1. How thrilling, but I bet deafening! No wonder Frankie retreats to his cave. Oops! This is not the place to mention the Herd! Good to hear you have other talents aside from being full time, devoted Hu-dad!
