Good morning! We are having our first truly cold morning of the winter season here in Maggie Valley with a low of 16ºF (-9ºC). The cold, dry air clears away most of the haze. but enough haze remains to reflect the morning light in this brilliant orange. The orange cast of the sky and the purple tree covered ridges makes for an absolutely beautiful long range view. From a photography perspective, some puffy clouds in the sky would give us more interesting shapes and colors, but I never tire of the creative views that Mother Nature provides us every morning.

Social
Media
Social media is great when it works, but in their quest for advertising dollars, social media channels like Facebook insist I pay them to share my posts with my readers and even that doesn't guarantee it. Train your feed by liking and commenting on posts.

Your photos are beautiful which makes me wonder have you ever considered creating and selling calendars? Or selling your photos on allposters? I would love to have the chance to buy and frame these beautiful scenes.
Thank you so much for the compliment. Will have to consider selling some.
