We took the RV over to Harrison Bay State Park near Chattanooga, TN. Guess what type of birds visit the campsite on a rainy camping weekend?
Saturday was sunny and nice, but rains moved in Sunday and refused to relent. A steady downpour pummeled us all day. Most of the other campers left and the campground grew quiet.
I was sitting inside the RV writing when the dogs alerted on intruders in our campsite. A glance out the windows confirmed that the waterfowl decided to search the vacated campsites for snacks. They seemed a little miffed we were still there.
